Bernard Polnariev

Bernard Polnariev is Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs & Dean of the Scotch Plains Campus at Union County College. For over 20 years in higher education, Bernard has continually proven himself to be a tireless academic administrator, researcher, and faculty member. He takes great pride in successfully teaching students, leading teams, building consensus, and communicating effectively with students, colleagues, and senior officials. His mission is improving student-success vis-à-vis supporting faculty members in numerous ways, and by strengthening collaboration across divisional and departmental boundaries.
Jennifer Mathes, Ph.D
Chief Executive Officer @Online Learning Consortium
Jennifer Mathes, Ph.D serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the Online Learning Consortium. In this role, she provides the strategic direction for the organization and supports the development of key projects and programs to support OLC members. Dr. Mathes has 25 years of experience in both public and private education where she has continuously supported digital learning initiatives. In addition, Dr. Mathes is the author of the ICDE Report Global Quality in Online, Open, Flexible and Technology Enhanced Education: An Analysis of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (2019) and co-editor of the OLC Quality Scorecard Handbook: Criteria for Excellence in Blended Learning Programs (2017). She continues to write and present on key topics in online, blended and digital learning.
Dr. Jeff Seaman
Director @Bay View Analytics
Dr. Jeff Seaman is Director of Bay View Analytics (formerly the Babson Survey Research Group), which conducts regional, national, and international research projects, including survey design, sampling methodology, data integrity, statistical analyses, and reporting. Dr. Seaman also serves as the Director of Analytics for the Canadian Digital Learning Research Association. Dr. Seaman has worked in education information technology for over 20 years and has taught, served as a consultant and on numerous advisory boards including Apple, IBM, and Microsoft.
