Efficiency Gains in the Registrar's Office: Opportunities & Outcomes
As registrars’ offices are increasingly asked to do more without additional resources, offices are examining how current processes can be revamped to create efficiencies. New efficiencies help registrars reduce manual work, spend more time partnering with academic units and invest in supporting students.

Join Dr. Nichole Mancone Fisher, University Registrar at Texas Christian University, and Justin Wenig, CEO of Coursedog, as they share their experiences working with teams in the registrar’s office to drive efficiency. Nichole will share her broad experience from working at almost a dozen colleges and universities, including how she thinks about ensuring her team can focus on strategic tasks. This webinar will cover:

• How to better partner with units on campus and improve student experience
• How to streamline processes and leverage technology to eliminate manual work in the registrar’s office
• How to integrate the scheduling, curriculum management and catalog processes
• How academic leaders can leverage analytics and data for faster, better decision-making

Can't attend the webinar? You should still register -- all registrants, including attendees and absentees, will receive a recording of the webinar and a copy of the presentation slides.
