Dr. Jeff Seaman
Director @Bay View Analytics
Dr. Jeff Seaman is Director of Bay View Analytics (formerly the Babson Survey Research Group), which conducts regional, national and international research projects, including survey design, sampling methodology, data integrity, statistical analyses and reporting.  Dr. Seaman also serves as the Director of Analytics for the Canadian Digital Learning Research Association. Dr. Seaman has worked in education information technology for over 20 years and has taught, served as a consultant and on numerous advisory boards including Apple, IBM and Microsoft.
Jee Hang Lee
President and CEO Elect @Association for Community College Trustees (ACCT)
Jee Hang Lee is President and CEO Elect for the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT). Working with other higher education organizations and state associations, Lee advocates on behalf of community college boards and colleges on legislative and regulatory issues such as appropriations, student financial aid, tax policy and higher education policy. Lee serves on the board of the National Asian Pacific Islander Council, National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship and on the oversight board of the Voluntary Framework of Accountability. Previously, Lee served on the board of trustees of the American Student Association of Community Colleges and the executive committee of the Committee for Education Funding. Lee holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a master’s degree in political management from George Washington University.
Jane Holwerda
Vice President of Academic Affairs @Dodge City Community College
Jane Holwerda serves as the Vice President of Academic Affairs for Dodge City Community College, a rural institution in southwestern Kansas which has made significant enrollment gains through and since the pandemic. An advocate of technology-infused instruction, Holwerda earned her masters and doctorate from Saint Louis University (Missouri) and a graduate certificate online in composition studies from Indiana University. In addition to Dodge City Community College, her teaching assignments include posts at Michigan State University, Friends University, Lindenwood University, Saint Louis University and EduKan.
Sarah Gido
Student @Community College of Beaver County
Sarah Gido is a second-year business administration student at the Community College of Beaver County. She is a Student Ambassador for Cengage at CCBC and is planning to continue her education by transferring for a bachelor’s degree in international business.
Dr. Joshua Kim, Moderator
Director of Online Programs and Strategy @Dartmouth College
Dr. Joshua Kim is the Director of Online Programs and Strategy at Dartmouth College, and a Senior Fellow for Academic Transformation, Learning and Design at the Center for New Designs in Learning & Scholarship (CNDLS) at Georgetown University. Josh has a PhD in sociology and demography from Brown University. He started his career on the faculty at West Virginia University, helped start Britannica.com’s education division in San Francisco and was one of the original founders of Quinnipiac University Online. He has taught both on-ground and online courses in sociology, marketing and higher education leadership. With Eddie Maloney, Josh published Learning Innovation and the Future of Higher Education and The Low-Density University: 15 Scenarios for Higher Education. Both books are from Johns Hopkins University Press, and both came out in 2020.
