Transforming Institutional Effectiveness: A Unified, Data-Driven Approach to Align Investments and Strategic Planning
Higher ed continues to face challenges with enrollment volatility, ongoing cost pressures, external economic factors and evolving scrutiny from accreditors and governing bodies. However, previous solutions are no longer enough to meet the eternal mission of higher ed -- to provide the best quality education for students -- in the most efficient, effective way possible.

As institutions look to chart a sustainable path forward, they will need to consider a comprehensive shift in their approach to institutional effectiveness and continuous improvement. Once the role of a specific person or office, colleges and universities must embrace a more unified approach to decision-making that integrates data insights institution-wide for greater transparency in aligning investments with student learning outcomes, institutional financials and their strategic mission and vision.

Join us for this fireside chat featuring forward-thinking leaders from Ball State University, Frostburg State University and University of Toledo. We’ll discuss:

• The value of real-time measurement of student learning to inform curriculum, student support and overall strategic planning
• How to assess academic programming to deliver against student expectations and career outcomes in a financially sustainable way
• The barriers to transforming administrative practices and planning within institutions and strategies for leading through change
