Lee-Anne Hupé
Business Analyst in Information Technology @University of Ottawa
Lee-Anne Hupé has worked at the University of Ottawa since 2018 in the role of Business Analyst in Information Technology. Previously, she spent her career in high-tech software and product development management in various sectors such as private (Corel, Adobe Systems), major government consulting initiatives and now in higher-education. She earned her degree from the University of Ottawa and achieved certifications in Business Analysis, UX Research & Design and is currently working towards her Customer Experience Professional designation with focus on higher-education. Lee-Anne is driven by the pursuit of creating impactful customer and user experiences as well as building trust and strong partnerships with her clients.
Christian Mangungu
Business Expert @Infoservice, Department of Student Affairs, University of Ottawa
Christian Mangungu works as Business Expert for Infoservice, a department of Student Affairs that acts as the front desk for many services on Campus. He is in charge of defining business, data specifications and processes in order to optimize the use of new and current systems. Prior to this position, he worked as an Information Officer in the same department for two years. Christian is also a junior year student at the University of Ottawa in the joint bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and computing technology.

With more than 20 years experience, Kelly Kliner oversees education technology solutions at Qless. Over the last 7 years, she has focused on college resource management, service delivery, and the student experience at both community colleges and large-scale universities. Kelly earned her bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Colorado at Denver.
