Connecting Learning to Earning: The Power of a Learner-Owned Record
All learners deserve a way to translate their full education, training and work experience to a record of transferable skills that will open the doors to high-wage occupations and careers.

Join us for the “Connecting Learning to Earning: The Power of a Learner-Owned Record” webinar on October 12 from 2-3 pm ET to learn how higher education, technologists, employers and others are building a Learning & Employment Record to translate a learner's full education, training and work experience to a record of transferable skills.

Panelists will discuss how a Learning & Employment Record will change the way education institutions and employers meaningfully value prior learning to create equitable pathways from experience to training to career.

During the webinar, panelists will:

• Explore why skill-denominated achievements are the future and how a learner can assert their unique talent brand via a Learning & Employment Record;
• Address how coalitions and cross-sector collaboration can unlock innovation and benefit students and workers; and
• Discuss the Indiana Achievement Wallet pilot project, and the potential to change the landscape of learning and work across all 50 states and beyond.

Can't attend the webinar? You should still register -- all registrants will receive a recording of the webcast and a copy of the presentation.
